Foxlink announced the July 14 launch of its first U.S. AI factory in Fort Worth. Published reporting indicates the AllianceTexas operation is expected to create more than 900 jobs.
What the state filing shows
A state project record lists Foxlink Texas Phase I at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway. A state project record lists Foxlink Texas Phase I as a privately funded, 53,690-square-foot renovation with a $5 million estimated cost.
The filing says the work includes a new clean room as well as other interior and exterior improvements. It identifies Foxlink Texas Inc. as the owner and lists a construction schedule running from Feb. 26 through April 30, 2026.
Two measurements describe different scopes
Published reporting describes the factory as encompassing 147,780 square feet. The available evidence does not establish how the 53,690-square-foot Phase I filing relates to the reported 147,780-square-foot factory.
The larger figure therefore should not be read as the size of the renovation covered by the state record. Likewise, the filing does not establish that its Phase I scope represents the entire factory.
Jobs and recruitment
Published reporting says the factory was converted from a call center and is expected to create more than 900 jobs. It also says Foxlink hopes to develop partnerships with local schools to recruit workers.
The Alliance Gateway corridor is also seeing other investment, including a planned Jersey Mike’s restaurant at 3300 Alliance Gateway Freeway.
