What to include
- The county and city involved.
- A link to an agenda, notice, filing, email, photo, or other source when available.
- What changed, when it matters, and who may be affected.
- How we can follow up with you, if you want a response.

Submitting information does not guarantee publication. We verify material independently and may contact the agencies or people involved.
Submit an event
Use the same email route with the subject “Event submission.” Include the public organizer page, date and start time, venue and full address, price or registration requirements, accessibility details, the organizing body, and a contact we can use to confirm changes. An event is not listed until its time and source details pass review.
