Flower Mound Public Library will hold its adult community book swap July 25 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Community Program Room at 3030 Broadmoor Lane.
Taking part requires an advance donation and the ticket issued for it. Each participant may donate and select one book.
Donate a book by July 24
Drop off one eligible book from July 18 through July 24. The library will give you one ticket that guarantees entry to the swap.
Donations must meet all of these requirements:
- Books must be intact and in good condition.
- The book must be adult fiction or nonfiction.
- Its content must be appropriate for a public library event.
- Advance reader copies are not accepted.
For drop-off planning, the library lists these regular hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m.
Questions can be directed to the library at 972-874-6200.
What to do on July 25
The library’s one-book, one-ticket process is straightforward.
- Bring the ticket, present it to enter, then exchange it for one book you select.
