BITE describes its menu as modern sushi, shareable tapas and handcrafted cocktails. Its FAQ says the restaurant is Yume Foods Catering’s first restaurant concept and occupies part of a former Oak Cliff ice factory.

The restaurant says it is in a soft-opening phase, and it has not announced a firm grand-opening date in the approved material.
