Mansfield’s two official listings agree on the date and 11 a.m. start but give different end times. The current city event page lists a 12:30 p.m. end, while the city’s summer activity guide lists an 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. window and describes Tales for Tails as a Thursday series running through July 30.
