A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record places the Alberta Boot Company tenant improvement at 2110 N. Henderson Avenue, Suite 103.
The filing lists a $400,000 improvement covering 5,000 square feet. Construction is scheduled from Aug. 1 through Oct. 31, 2026.
That Oct. 31 date is the registered end of construction, not a confirmed opening date. The available records and reports do not establish when customers will be able to shop at the store.
