The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registered project TABS2026025274 as a $350,000 renovation or alteration under the project name “Snarfs Vista Fort Worth.” Published reporting connects that filing to the Kessler Park restaurant.
Fort Worth Avenue, not Fort Worth
Despite the filing’s “Vista Fort Worth” project name, the restaurant listed by Snarf’s is in Dallas. Fort Worth Avenue is the Dallas street in the address, not the city where the restaurant is planned.
Construction is reportedly expected to finish by the end of 2026. That is a construction horizon, not an opening schedule: Snarf’s has not provided an opening timeline in the approved evidence.
