The registration documents renovation or alteration activity, not an operating location. Arwa’s site does not list an opening date for Allen, so the filing does not establish when a shop would open.
Published reporting in May 2026 said Arwa began in Richardson in 2023 and had three additional DFW locations under construction at that time. The Allen registration follows that reported expansion activity, but neither the filing nor the current locations page supplies an opening date.
