$5 million Deloitte University renovation follows $6 million Westlake project

The earlier 45,000-square-foot registration covered classrooms, a ballroom and offices, but the records do not establish whether the projects overlap.

A $5 million renovation or alteration has been registered for Deloitte University in Westlake, following a separate $6 million renovation registration for the campus.

Together, the two Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records carry an estimated construction cost of $11 million across consecutive fiscal-year projects.

What the two registrations show

The FY27 capital-improvements registration lists an estimated cost of $5 million. The filing identifies the work as a renovation or alteration but does not disclose its detailed purpose.

TDLR registered the separate FY26 project on June 12, 2025. That $6 million registration covered 45,000 square feet and included work involving classrooms, a ballroom, offices, audiovisual systems, lighting and interior finishes.

The records do not establish whether the FY27 work overlaps with or extends the FY26 renovation. Both dollar figures are estimated construction costs listed in the registrations.

Elsewhere in Tarrant County, state registrations recently listed two Colleyville office-shell projects with a combined $1.45 million estimate.
