Frisco hearing notice now covers 223.9 acres at Main and Majestic Gardens

Frisco’s current hearing notice for zoning case Z25-0008 covers approximately 223.9 acres at the southeast and southwest corners of Majestic Gardens Drive and Main Street. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the case July 28.

How the city records differ

Two City of Frisco records give different scope descriptions for the same zoning case number, Z25-0008.

The December 2025 submittal summary described 9.4 acres on the southwest corner. The current hearing notice describes about 223.9 acres on both the southeast and southwest corners.

The current notice says the request involves retail, office, townhome, patio-home, single-family and multifamily zoning designations. The city records provided do not specify unit counts, traffic findings or the proposal’s approval prospects.

The hearing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. July 28 in the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center Council Chambers, 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard. The meeting is also listed on the city calendar.
