Kura adds two TABC applications for its $1.5 million Arlington Highlands buildout

What the project record shows

The state project record describes a 4,107-square-foot renovation estimated at $1.5 million, with new restrooms, a kitchen and dining space.

The projected construction window runs from July 20 through Dec. 7, 2026, but those dates do not establish when the restaurant will open.
