The records point to a possible service change at an operating restaurant, not the opening of another Burleson location. MOD Pizza’s own directory lists the Burleson Commons restaurant as operating at Suite 101, with ordering, hours and contact information.
What the application says
A July 1 public notice says New Vibes Holdings LLC, doing business as MOD Pizza, applied for a Retail Dealer’s On-Premise license. The notice places the application at 1551 SW Wilshire Blvd., Suite 101.
TABC lists application 637030 with a status of Received, which does not mean the license has been approved. The available record also does not provide a date when alcohol service might begin.
The distinction between a filing and a confirmed business change also arose in recent coverage of an LSA Burger application in Celina, where the filing did not confirm that a restaurant had opened.
