Naterra’s $34 million Coppell headquarters would consolidate three operations

Official records show Naterra’s planned Coppell headquarters would consolidate 100 employees from three North Texas locations and accommodate 250 employees.

Naterra’s planned Coppell headquarters would consolidate employees now working at three North Texas locations into an office and distribution center that could accommodate 250 employees, according to city and state records.

A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing lists a privately funded, $34 million office and warehouse project at 1525 Point West Boulevard. The filing describes 442,010 square feet of work, scheduled to begin in October 2026 and finish in December 2027.

What Coppell’s records add

Coppell approved a detailed planned-development ordinance for an approximately 442,596-square-foot office and distribution center on 25.4 acres. The city figure differs slightly from the square footage in the state construction filing.

A city staff memo says the headquarters would consolidate 100 employees from existing Coppell, Southlake and Alliance locations. It says the completed facility would accommodate 250 employees in total.

Those figures describe consolidation and planned capacity; the approved records do not establish how many additional employees Naterra will hire.

The adopted Coppell ordinance and state filing together establish the project’s site, scale and expected construction period. The schedule remains a planned timeline rather than confirmation that work has begun.
