The chain had previously named Carrollton as one of four additional North Texas markets planned after its Frisco opening, along with Plano, Prosper and McKinney. The company’s expansion announcement describes Pepper Lunch as a Japanese do-it-yourself teppan restaurant where food is served on heated iron plates.
