Legacy Food Hall says its Tequila & The Bee adult spelling competition will run Saturday, July 25, from 1 to 4 p.m. in Plano.
That Saturday schedule matters because a tourism calendar assigns the spelling bee to Friday. The venue’s dedicated event page repeatedly lists Saturday, so attendees should use the venue-confirmed date and time.
Prices, prizes and age limit
The event is limited to guests 21 and older. Admission costs $10 for spectators and $20 for competitors.
The advertised first-place prize is a $250 Hall Pass. Second place receives a $50 Hall Pass, and third place receives a certificate.
