The three state registrations total $31,378,083, but the records do not yet connect the Shadow Ridge estimate to specific bond work or a schedule.

A state registration lists a $31 million renovation or alteration project at Shadow Ridge Middle School in Flower Mound.

The Lewisville ISD campus serves grades 6-8 at 2050 Aberdeen Road.

What the records show

Two separate state registrations titled Lewisville ISD Year 3 Flooring carry estimated costs of $216,420 and $161,663. Together with the Shadow Ridge registration, the three estimates total $31,378,083.

Lewisville ISD separately lists Shadow Ridge bond-project categories that include maintenance and repairs, classroom furniture, exterior lighting, security and technology work, track repairs and conversion of the competition field to turf.

The reviewed records do not establish which of those categories are included in the $31 million registration. They also do not establish how the registration relates to bond funding, a construction schedule or what disruption families should expect.

The filings follow other campus-related records in Flower Mound, including a Forest Vista Elementary trail filing connected with a town-school route agreement.
