West Village record adds context
An earlier Melissa planning record identifies SOHO SKY LLC and Owens Ranches West Village LLC with the 6.52-acre West Village Melissa Addition. The plat created four lots and dedicated easements and right-of-way for site development.
What remains unresolved
The two records do not establish that the registered shell corresponds to any specific lot in the earlier plat, and neither identifies committed tenants.
