Stretch Zone is planning a Castle Hills studio at 800 Windhaven Parkway in Lewisville, where a state filing registers a $125,000 new-construction project.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record identifies the project as Stretch Zone and lists its status as Project Registered.
What residents can confirm
Stretch Zone’s Castle Hills location page labels the studio “coming soon.” It does not provide an opening date and currently lists the location as closed every day.
Elsewhere in Lewisville, a separate state registration puts a $10 million estimate on a SteriTek renovation.
