Touchmark records show $5 million McKinney pool project alongside separate $580,000 filing

The detailed filing covers a pool-building addition and fitness-center renovation, with estimated work extending from October 2026 to May 2028.

A new state registration lists $580,000 in Touchmark construction in McKinney. The record identifies it as new construction, but the reviewed records do not establish that it belongs to Touchmark at Emerald Lake or to the separately registered health and fitness center.

The separate $5 million project

A separate TDLR record at Touchmark at Emerald Lake, 350 S. Hardin Boulevard, registers a $5 million project. Its scope covers an 8,387-square-foot pool-building addition and renovation of existing space into a fitness center.

The filing estimates work from October 1, 2026, through May 1, 2028.

The original senior-living campus

An earlier registration describes the property at 350 S. Hardin Boulevard as a $98 million, 305,157-square-foot senior-living development combining independent living, assisted living, memory care, recreation and dining facilities.

The project engineer identifies 2024 as the completion year for Touchmark at Emerald Lake and says the community offers independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Why the filings remain separate

The records establish the original campus and the later $5 million project at its address. The reviewed records do not establish that the $580,000 filing is part of Touchmark at Emerald Lake or the same project as the $5 million health and fitness center.

Elsewhere in McKinney, a separate construction registration covers a $90,000 Donut Supreme finish-out near Trinity Falls.
