A new Jersey Mike’s restaurant is planned for Suite 120 at 3300 Alliance Gateway Freeway in Fort Worth, according to a Texas project filing.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record identifies a 1,500-square-foot restaurant at the address. The filing describes a privately funded tenant finish-out with an estimated cost of $550,000.
Construction scheduled for late summer
The filing schedules construction to begin Aug. 17 and finish Sept. 21, 2026. Those dates apply to the finish-out work described in the state record.
The project filing confirms the planned restaurant, its suite, size, estimated construction cost and scheduled work period. It does not provide an opening date for customers, so the Sept. 21 construction date should not be treated as a promised first day of business.
For now, the public record establishes that Jersey Mike’s is planned for the Alliance Gateway Freeway address and that work on the 1,500-square-foot space is scheduled during August and September.
