A $20 million new-construction registration for Sky Harbour FTW has reached “Review Complete” in the state’s accessibility-review process, adding a state-record milestone for the company’s previously announced campus at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport.
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project TABS2026026057 identifies Sky Harbour FTW as a new-construction project with an estimated cost of $20 million. The “Review Complete” status applies to the accessibility review; it does not say campus construction is complete.
What the registration establishes
Sky Harbour announced in December 2025 that Fort Worth had authorized a ground lease for a Home Base Operator campus at Meacham airport. The state registration connects the Sky Harbour FTW project name to a $20 million new-construction filing.
The approved materials do not specify the project’s street address or its phase beyond the filing’s new-construction classification. They also do not provide a construction schedule or say whether a groundbreaking has occurred. Those details remain unresolved.
Another large Tarrant County project recently entered the state system as a $10 million BMW of Arlington new-construction registration.
