Grapevine-associated musician Post Malone will headline the 2026 FIFA World Cup closing ceremony, published reporting indicates.
The ceremony is scheduled for July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium. According to FIFA’s event announcement, it will begin at 1:30 p.m. local time, 90 minutes before kickoff.
The closing ceremony is a pre-kickoff event and is separate from the final’s halftime show. FIFA says the ceremony will also feature previously announced performers, with more artists and special guests to be announced.
