Dumpling Queen seeks alcohol license as Flower Mound patio plans emerge

The restaurant is already open in Suite 110 and scored 100 on a May inspection, but its “Received” filing supplies no approval or alcohol-service date.

Published 1 minute read

Dumpling Queen has an alcohol-license application on file for its Flower Mound restaurant, while published reporting indicates the owners are working to enclose the patio for additional seating.

TABC lists application 638767 at 1050 Flower Mound Road with the status “Received.” That status does not establish that a license has been approved or give a date when alcohol service could begin.

The restaurant is already open

The alcohol filing is separate from the restaurant’s operating status. The Town of Flower Mound announced June 20 that Dumpling Queen was open at 1050 Flower Mound Road, Suite 110.

The town’s food-license report lists Dumpling Queen under license FE26-0011 and records a score of 100 for a May 5 inspection.

For visit planning, Dumpling Queen’s website provides its current phone number and service hours, along with its Chinese menu offerings.

What is reported about the patio

Published reporting indicates the owners are working to enclose the patio for more seating, with game-day and business-event use in mind. No completion date is established by the approved evidence.
