Published reporting indicates that Fort Worth Police Community Response Unit Specialist Edward Zapata has returned to work about three months after suffering a line-of-duty injury.
His reported return follows his May 1 release from the hospital. He had been injured while responding to a burglary call in north Fort Worth.
