- The county’s 2025 capital plan listed a $1,474,400 total program cost, including $1,263,230 planned for fiscal 2026.
- The later state registration lists an estimated construction cost of $2,685,395.
The state construction estimate is $1,210,995 higher than the total program cost shown in the 2025 capital plan. The figures describe different measures: one is a state-filed construction estimate, one is a county program-cost figure, and the earlier architectural agreement covers design services and limited reimbursable expenses.
What the renovation is intended to address
The capital plan describes a complete exterior and interior entry renovation. Its stated goals include improving visibility, security and HVAC efficiency while addressing worn hardware, the entrance’s appearance and customer flow.
