A state registration lists a $90,000 addition to an existing Plano building for Kalamaki Greek Eatery, adding an official project record to a previously reported downtown expansion plan.
Downtown address and opening target
Published reporting says a company representative identified 1016 E. 15th St., formerly occupied by Bar-Ranch Steak House, as the planned location and gave September 2026 as the opening target.
The September 2026 date remains a reported target rather than a confirmed opening date. The registration does not establish that work has begun.
What Kalamaki serves
On its website, Kalamaki currently presents Anna as its operating location and identifies Greek skewers as its namesake specialty.
Another Plano restaurant project, Five Spice, has a registered $1.5 million renovation and is targeting an early 2027 opening.
