Second-floor Center of Hope finish-out registered at Weatherford service campus

The filing lists work from Sept. 1 through Nov. 1, but does not identify the second floor’s intended use or establish an increase in services.

A state registration lists a privately funded, $230,500 interior finish-out at Parker County Center of Hope’s service campus at 1318 Clear Lake Road in Weatherford.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record covers 2,730 square feet of existing second-floor shell space. It identifies Parker County Center of Hope Inc. as the owner and lists planned construction from Sept. 1 through Nov. 1, 2026.

How the project fits into earlier work

An earlier state registration at the same address covered a $2.6 million renovation of interiors for offices and the Hope Chest retail boutique. That earlier project is closed.

The new record does not identify the intended use of the second-floor space. The available sources also do not establish that the work will increase service capacity or staffing, and they provide no information about service interruptions.

Services operating at the address

Center of Hope says it operates its programs from the Clear Lake Road facility and serves Parker County residents experiencing hunger, homelessness, unemployment and other forms of hardship.

The organization describes its work as including groceries, daily meals, limited financial assistance, education and career development, and family programs.
