On March 11, 2026, the Fort Worth Zoning Commission recommended changing the property from one-family zoning to urban-residential zoning within the Stop Six Overlay. The recommendation passed 10-0.
The City Council approved zoning case ZC-26-016 on April 28 by a 9-0 vote, completing the zoning decision.
A subsequent state registration lists $600,000 in new construction at the same address.
