A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registration lists NOSTA as a $250,000 renovation or alteration project in Dallas.
NOSTA describes its broader concept as a private social club inside a three-story Dallas home, with each floor serving a different mix of dining, work and gathering uses.
How NOSTA plans to use the three floors
On the first floor, NOSTA says it plans dining space and a patio. The second floor is planned for coworking and casual dining.
The third floor would provide flexible programming space along with meeting and bar areas, according to NOSTA’s description of the concept.
Programming for members
NOSTA says its member programming would include tastings, live music, art exhibitions, DJ sets, book clubs, food-and-beverage events and pop-ups.
What remains unknown
The available evidence does not establish an opening date or connect the filing to a verified street address.
NOSTA is one of several Dallas projects recently added to the state registry. A separate filing listed a $1.2 million IMAGE Studios renovation at Preston Plaza.
