The existing MOD Pizza at 4780 W. University Drive in Prosper is reportedly seeking permission to sell alcohol for on-premise consumption.
A reproduced July 7 public notice reports that New Vibes Holdings LLC, doing business as MOD Pizza, applied for a Retail Dealer’s On-Premise License at the Prosper address.
The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s public inquiry lists MOD Pizza application 634129 with a status of Received. That status does not establish that the application has been approved or that alcohol sales have begun.
Current address and hours
This is a potential service change at an operating restaurant, not a restaurant-opening announcement. MOD Pizza’s Prosper location page lists the restaurant at 4780 W. University Drive.
The restaurant lists a 10:30 a.m. opening time daily. It closes at 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
The available records do not identify the alcohol selections or establish an approval or sales-start date.
