A state filing describes 31,131 square feet of changes at the mall’s northwest side, but it does not confirm construction progress or entrance detours.

A $4.2 million renovation filing for Galleria Dallas describes a new northwest mall entrance and corridor, updated façade finishes and a redesigned entry plaza at 13350 Dallas Parkway.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation record, registered April 7, covers 31,131 square feet. The planned work also includes demolition of existing interior tenant space.

Schedule and project team

The filing lists May 15, 2026, as the start date and January 31, 2027, as the completion date. It identifies GMV (Mall) Owner LLC as the owner and OMNIPLAN as the design firm.

What the filing does not confirm

The dates are a filed schedule, not a construction update. The record remains at “Project Registered” status, so it does not establish whether work has started or how far it has progressed. It also does not confirm detours, temporary entrance closures or a public opening date.

Elsewhere in Dallas, a separate state filing details a $410,000 Dallas Zoo zip-line queue project scheduled for later in 2026.
