New York Butcher Shoppe reportedly targets September opening in Southlake

At 2001 West Southlake Boulevard, Suite 149, the 1,500-square-foot shop is tied to a pending TABC application, so Sept. 1 remains an opening target.

New York Butcher Shoppe is reportedly targeting around Sept. 1, 2026, for a new Southlake store at 2001 West Southlake Boulevard, Suite 149. Published reporting indicates owners Ruth and Bryson Nokes plan the shop as their second Tarrant County location.

The planned 1,500-square-foot space in Southlake Marketplace is undergoing a reported $200,000 renovation. The September date remains an expected opening target, not a confirmed opening.

What the Southlake shop would offer

The company describes its offerings as hand-cut meat, prepared entrées, sides and other specialty items. Its website also lists an existing Colleyville location.

Alcohol application remains pending

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s public inquiry system lists application 628856 for the Southlake address as “Pending – In Review.” That status does not establish that a license has been approved or guarantee the reported opening target.

Another recent Tarrant County development is Oak & Eden Clearfork’s reported reopening in Fort Worth.
